On the bike path Bressanone-Chiusa you will pass across idyllic orchards and strawberry fields. The delightful bike ride takes approx. 1 hour. In the valley, the bicycle path “Isarco Valley” is perfect for a leisurely family outing. The paved path is for the most part level and follows the course of the river Isarco.

Many mountain bike trails lead into the alpine regions of the Isarco Valley. The Alpe di Villandro offers spectacular mountain trails that lead over rocky fields and through deep forests. On Mount Plose, the longest and steepest downhill race in the world is held every year. During your bike holiday in South Tyrol you may follow the trails of professional mountain bikers and conquer individual sections of the mountain bike race. You may reach the altitude of over 2,000 meters effortlessly with the cable car. From the Plose you have direct access to the mountain regions in the Funes Valley and the Alpe di Luson. Rental stations for mountain bikes are available in many locations throughout the Isarco Valley.
