The kitchen chef uses a variety of fresh local ingredients and creates scrumptious dishes. You have several choices in the menus. The 4-course menu consists of a traditional Italian antipasto, a starter, a main course and a dessert. Different soups are available in the half-board offer. To accompany your meal, choose a South Tyrolean wine, a cold beer or one of the many non-alcoholic beverages on our menu.
