Here, you may spend a pleasant holiday in the Isarco Valley, and discover the culinary delights of the South Tyrolean cuisine. The restaurant above Chiusa offers the welcoming ambience of a traditional mountain inn. The interiors in wood create a cosy and inviting atmosphere. The hotel chef will personally prepare the tasty foods you may enjoy during a 4-course dinner. Many products from the region are used for the preparation, and the dishes will truly fascinate food lovers. Look forward to a culinary journey through the alpine, Mediterranean and traditional South Tyrolean cuisine and accompany your dinner with fine wines from the South Tyrolean growing areas. Heinz Gfader is a qualified sommelier and will be happy to advise you in choosing the right wine.
The restaurant at the Inn Ansitz Fonteklaus welcomes guests with a sophisticated atmosphere and tasty dishes. We pamper not only our house guests but also external visitors with culinary specialties from South Tyrol. Due to our great location, our guests may reach us either by car, on foot or by bicycle. We are part of the cooperation “Südtiroler Gasthaus” (South Tyrolean Inns) and have ample space for family celebrations, christenings and small weddings.
