Indulgence

We serve breakfast from 08:00 to 09:30 in our dining hall.

Half-board evening meal is served daily in our dining hall at 19:00.

In our À-la-carte restaurant lunch is served from 12:00 to 13:45, while in the evening meals are served from 18:30 to 20:45. Our À-la-carte restaurant is closed on Thursday.

Check-in / Check-out

Your room is ready for you from 14.00 on the day you are due to arrive. Should you be arriving after 19.00 please telephone us to let us know. Your room is available until 10.00 on the day you are due to depart.

Charging station for electric cars

Our hotel guests have the opportunity to charge their electric cars at our charging station.

Natural swim pond

Our swim pond is available for you round the clock.

No smoking

The entire building is a no smoking zone. Smoking is permitted outside.

Pets

Well-trained quadrupeds are permitted in our Nest and Classic rooms, as well as in the suite. We charge 13.00 € per day, not including feed. Please note that your four-legged friend is not permitted access to the dining hall or the swim pond. We are happy to reserve a table for you at the bar area for you to enjoy your evening meal together. Please bring a small basket or a blanket for your pet with you.

Upon completion of the confirmation of booking form (booking guarantee), the booking is binding on your side, while upon forwarding of booking confirmation by us, the booking is then binding on our side too. Reservations merely relate to the booked category. For organisational reasons we are not able to reserve specific room and table numbers. We will however endeavour to meet your requirements so far as is possible.

Local taxes
The amount for local taxes is calculated according to the applicable local regulations in place at the time of your stay (January 2024: 2.90 € per person and day; payable by those aged 14 and over). Local taxes are not included in the booking price.

Items consumed
All drinks and items consumed that are not services included in the price (breakfast and evening meal for half-board) are charged separately. Drinks are only included in the price at breakfast. Drinks consumed during the course of the day and with your evening meal are charged separately. Any services not availed of will not be reimbursed. It is also not possible to consume elements of the half-board lunch menu at any other time of day.

Travel cancellation insurance
To protect yourself should your holiday be cancelled, we recommend taking out travel insurance cover:

Payment
You can pay in cash, by card (MC, Visa, EC, Bancomat) at the end of your stay.
Since 1 January 2023 as per decree-law in Italy, it is not longer permissible to pay amounts greater than 4999.99 € in cash.

Cancellation
60 days before the day you are due to arrive at the latest, your reservation can be cancelled without payment of any cancellation fees. For cancellations made by guests in the time from the 60th day before the agreed arrival day and the arrival day itself, the following cancellation fees are due:

• Cancellation by 30 days before the day you are due to arrive at the latest: 40% of the agreed full amount.

• Cancellation by 15 days before the day you are due to arrive at the latest: 60% of the agreed full amount.

• Cancellation less than 15 days before you are due to arrive: 100 % of the agreed full amount.

In the event of guest ‘no show’ or early departure, the full amount is due for the entire booked period.
Please let us know in good time if you are not able to come to us for your holiday.

Double room single occupancy

There is a 40% surcharge for single occupancy.

As part of GDPR your details are only used and stored to process your application, and will not be shared with third parties or spread. With regard to data processing, you are entitled to all rights as per GDPR provisions. Holder of rights is Heinz Gfader. Further information about your rights can be found here.

• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
